Beauty eCommerce Bootcamp - Terms & Conditions

Terms of participation

By purchasing this course, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by 11832573 Canada Ltd. (The Company) and You (The Clients) agree to the following terms. 

Programs/Service

As a condition of participating in Beauty eCommerce Bootcamp, you agree to be bound by and abide by all policies stated in this agreement. 

As part of the program, The Company will provide the following to You as a client: 

A password protected course area for All Access Pass holders: The Company will maintain this area which includes recorded videos and other training information. In the event that The Company plans to close the Program area, it will provide clients with 30 days of notice and allow Clients to download core resources in the course area. 

Members who join with the Live Event Ticket only do not get access to these recorded videos.

The Company also provides a “Students Only” Facebook group where students are encouraged to help each other, and where live videos will be streamed. Stephanie Mitchell and guest interviews will be live on video in this group during the length of Beauty eCommerce Bootcamp. The Company reserves the right to discontinue these video sessions at any time without advance notice. You will have access to the Facebook Group area for 1 week during event, from February 8 - 14 2021, then the group will be archived. 

Fees 

In consideration of your access to the program, you agree to pay the following fees: 

You may choose between an All Access Pass of $97 USD or a Live Event Ticket of $67 USD.

The All Access Pass gives you access to:

  • 5 days of live trainings, guest expert interviews, and Q&A's in the Facebook group

  • Lifetime recordings of 3 live trainings, showing you how to launch an eCommerce shop

  • Lifetime recordings of 7 guest expert interviews sharing exactly how they exploded their growth with online stores

  • Lifetime recordings of Q&A Sessions to get all your questions answered

  • Plus a Beauty eCommerce Mastermind on Zoom, which will take place after the Bootcamp.

The Live Event Ticket does not grant you access to recordings of the sessions. With this ticket you get access to:

  • 1 week of access to 3 live trainings, showing you how to launch an eCommerce shop

  • 1 week of access to 7 guest expert interviews sharing exactly how they exploded their growth with online stores

  • 1 week of access to Q&A Sessions to get all your questions answered

If any payment is not made, The Company will immediately suspect your access to the program. 

No Refunds

Due to the live event nature of this program, there will be no refunds granted, for any reason.

No transfer of intellectual property

All content included in Beauty eCommerce Bootcamp including videos, images, text, lessons, and presentations are property of The Company and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property. 

As a condition of participating in the program, you agree to abide by all copyright and intellectual property protection. 

You agree not to modify, publish, sell or in any way exploit any of the content found in the program. 

You will use protected content soley for your individual use, and will make no other use of the content without written permission of The Company. You agree that you do not have any ownership rights in any protected content. 

You also agree not to download any videos from the Facebook group to have access to them later.

You agree that any infringement of The Company’s intellectual property will results in immediate termination of your access to the program, and you will not be entitled to a refund. 

Miscellaneous 

You agree to absolve The Company of any liability or loss that you or any entity associated with you may incur as a result of use of the program or any information contained in the program. You agree that The Company is not liable to you for any type of damages for use of The Program. 

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the program if you become disruptive to The Company or other program participants. If you fail to follow the program guidelines, or if you violate this agreement, you will not be entitled to a refund and will not be excused from any remaining payments in your payment plan.
