Milk & Honey Club (April 2020) - Terms & Conditions

Terms of participation

By purchasing this course, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by Gymbag Ltd (The Company) and You (The Clients) agree to the following terms. 

Programs/Service

As a condition of participating in the Milk and Honey Club (April 2020 edition), you agree to be bound by and abide by all policies stated in this agreement. 

As part of the program, The Company will provide the following to You as a client: 

A password protected course area: The Company will maintain this area which includes video, written lessons, workbooks, templates and other training information. In the event that The Company plans to close the Program area, it will provide clients with 30 days of notice and allow Clients to download core resources in the course area.

The Company also provides a bonus “Students Only” Facebook group where students are encouraged to help each other. Stephanie Mitchell will be live on video from time to time in this group during the month of April 2020 in the Milk & Honey Club. The Company reserves the right to discontinue these video sessions at any time without advance notice. You will have access to the Facebook Group until April 30 2020 during the live program, then the group will be archived. 

Stephanie Mitchell and Gymbag Ltd. will not provide ongoing support for the program materials and trainings after April 30 2020.

Fees 

In consideration of your access to the program, you agree to pay the following fees: 

The Milk & Honey Club is a “Pay what you can” model of pricing. Students can join by paying anywhere from $10 USD - $60 USD. There are no other fees or payments required, and you will not be charged again or on an on-going basis. There is no refund policy for this program.

No transfer of intellectual property

All content included in the Milk & Honey Club (April 2020 edition) including videos, images, text, lessons, and presentations are property of The Company and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property. 

As a condition of participating in the program, you agree to abide by all copyright and intellectual property protection. 

You agree not to modify, publish, sell or in any way exploit any of the content found in the program. 

You will use protected content only for your individual use, and will make no other use of the content without written permission of The Company. You agree that you do not have any ownership rights in any protected content. 

You agree that any infringement of The Company’s intellectual property will results in immediate termination of your access to the program, and you will not be entitled to a refund. 

Miscellaneous 

You agree to absolve The Company of any liability or loss that you or any entity associated with you may incur as a result of use of the program or any information contained in the program. You agree that The Company is not liable to you for any type of damages for use of The Program. 

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the program if you become disruptive to The Company or other program participants. If you fail to follow the program guidelines, or if you violate this agreement, you will not be entitled to a refund.
