The Ad Lab - Terms & Conditions

Terms of participation

By purchasing this course, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by 11832573 Canada Ltd - doing business as Sunnystorm Marketing - (The Company) and You (The Clients) agree to the following terms. 

Programs/Service

As a condition of participating in The Ad Lab, you agree to be bound by and abide by all policies stated in this agreement. 

As part of the program, The Company will provide the following to You as a client: 

A password protected course area: The Company will maintain this area which includes video, written lessons, workbooks, templates and other training information. Clients get “Lifetime access” to this course area, which means for the lifetime of the The Ad Lab (as long as it exists as a product). In the event that The Company plans to close the Program area, it will provide clients with 30 days of notice and allow Clients to download core resources in the course area. 

The Company also provides a bonus “Students Only” Facebook group and group coaching on Zoom where students are encouraged to help each other, and get help with the program from program coaches. Stephanie Mitchell will be live on video from time to time in this group during your enrollment in The Ad Lab. The Company reserves the right to discontinue these video sessions at any time without advance notice. You will have lifetime access to the Facebook Group area and Zoom group coaching lessons for the lifetime of The Ad Lab program.

Fees 

In consideration of your access to the program, you agree to pay the following fees: 

You may choose between a single payment of $647 USD (due immediately) or 3 monthly payments of $247 USD. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the first payment today and then your payment method will be automatically charged the following 2 payments on a monthly basis, for a total payment of $741 USD. If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will be responsible for those payments unless you get a refund according to the program’s Refund Policy. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. If any payment is not made, The Company will immediately suspect your access to the program. 

The Ad Lab Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. The Company provides a 60-day money-back guarantee for the Program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.

In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 60 days of enrollment, contact us at stephanie@sunnystorm.marketing and let us know you’d like a refund by the 60th day at 11:59 EST. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 60th day, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

  • Access to your written ad caption (it must follow the formula taught in Module 2 of the course)

  • Access to your ad video (it must be 30 seconds or more)

  • Link to review your published ad on Facebook or Instagram (instructions to share a link provided here)

  • Snapshots of your Facebook Ads Management dashboard, showing your ad results after your ad being published and active for at least 5 days

We will NOT provide refunds more than 60 days following the date of purchase. After day 60, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 60 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

If you receive a refund through this money-back guarantee, you will immediately terminate all licenses granted you to use the material provided in the program. You shall stop using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including video recordings, forms, templates, slide shows, membership areas, and other resources. 

No transfer of intellectual property

All content included in The Ad Lab including videos, images, text, lessons, and presentations are property of The Company and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property. 

As a condition of participating in the program, you agree to abide by all copyright and intellectual property protection. 

You agree not to modify, publish, sell or in any way exploit any of the content found in the program. 

You will use protected content soley for your individual use, and will make no other use of the content without written permission of The Company. You agree that you do not have any ownership rights in any protected content. 

You agree that any infringement of The Company’s intellectual property will results in immediate termination of your access to the program, and you will not be entitled to a refund. 

Miscellaneous 

You agree to absolve The Company of any liability or loss that you or any entity associated with you may incur as a result of use of the program or any information contained in the program. You agree that The Company is not liable to you for any type of damages for use of The Program. You also agree that there are no guarantees of results for your business with this program.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the program if you become disruptive to The Company or other program participants. If you fail to follow the program guidelines, or if you violate this agreement, you will not be entitled to a refund and will not be excused from any remaining payments in your payment plan.
