Collaboration over competition in the beauty industry

Last week I had such a heart-warming interview with my friend Shonna Dexter.

She owns a spray tan studio and has grown it to multiple 6 figures in revenue... because she decided to look at competition in a new way.

She used to obsess over what other studios in town were doing. She said she would even visit their websites to book an appointment and see if they were busier than she was! 🤭

But she gradually changed her mindset into one of abundance instead of fear. And by embracing other business owners, she's had her best business year ever.
